• Rates in the present "Carnaval 2006 Promotional Package" are expressed in American Dollars, are based in a double occupancy, include breakfast, fees and taxes.
• The package is applicable only between 02/24/2006 and 03/01/2006 at 12:00 AM, and its total value is USD 259.00 (two hundred and fifty nine american dollars) per person.
  Extra Night USD 32,00 (thirty two dollars) per person.
• The "Carnaval 2006 Promotional Package" does not include aerial transport.
• In order to Book the reservation you must pay 50% at least 30 (thirty) days before arriving, payment that you can make with an International Credit Card completing a credit card form that soon you will send to the Pousada Kybalion Hotel by fax.
  When we receive the form, completed and signed, we will send you the "vouchers" for the contracted services.
  50% rest will be paid in the check in, when you arrive to the Pousada Kybalion Hotel in Buzios, Brazil.
• Accepted Credit Cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners, JCB and EuroCard.

• If cancellation occurs more than 14 days before your planned arrival, we will refund the amount charged, keeping $ 100.00 USD as a cancellation fee.
• If cancellation occurs during the 14 days before your arrival, we will refund the amount charged, keeping 50% of the package value.
• In the case of no-show or post-arrival changes there will be no refund.

• The charge may be done in another currency using the www.xe.com exchange converter rate of the day of the charge.
