Condiciones:
  • Rates in the present promotion are expressed in American Dollars, are in double base, and include breakfast, fees and taxes.
  • The package is applicable:
    between 10/01/2005 and 12/15/2005
    betweem 04/16/2006 and 06/29/2006
    and its total value is USD 159,00 (One hundred and fifty nine dollars) per passenger.
    Extra Night USD 16,00 (Sixteen dollars) per passenger.
  • The package does not include aerial transport.
  • In order to Book the reservation you must pay 50% at least 14 (fourteen) days before arriving, payment that you can make with an International Credit Card completing a form that soon you will send to the Pousada Kybalion by fax.
    When we receive the form completed and signed we will send you the "vouchers" for the contracted services.
    50% rest will be paid when you make the check-in in the Pousada Kybalion Hotel in Buzios, Brazil.
  • Accepted Credit Cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners, JCB and EuroCard.
Cancellations:
  • If cancellation occurs more than 14 days before your planned arrival, we will refund the amount charged, keeping $30.00 USD as a cancellation fee.
  • If cancellation occurs during the 14 days before your arrival, we will refund the amount charged, keeping 50% of the package value.
  • In the case of no-show or post-arrival changes there will be no refund.
Currency:
  • The charge may be done in another currency using the www.xe.com exchange converter rate of the day of the charge.
